Accordion?
I wasn’t even sure what she was talking about, but then suddenly, I had to
know. It seemed like it was and then I was sure. It was the missing twist, the final touch, the last key.
I couldn’t believe I hadn’t seen it. I’d ignored it and overlooked it
because I thought it was olfashioned. In my crazy young mind that
ridiculous excuse of a musical instrument didn’t exist.
I’d never considered the ancient energy within would actually prove to be beneficial.
I suppose, that sometimes it helps if you don’t know what will kill you some day.
I can see the headlines for tomorrow.
